At Pathfinder, we believe that no home is too large or too small. Every home is treated equally in the time spent with you, the client, in the planning, design and construction of your Colorado home. We are on site most every day and send photos, emails and make calls to keep you updated on the progress of your home. On some sites we have observation cameras that allow you to follow the progress of your home being built live on-line.

We partner with only quality sub-contractors to provide you the best interior and exterior for your home. In addition, experienced consultants will work with you to choose your cabinets, plumbing fixtures, specialty custom items, and interior design.

Pathfinder is a full-service builder and we provide custom homes from log or timber frame, custom stick-frame homes, 'Green' building materials or locally reclaimed wood products. We can build custom log homes through several different sources offering almost any species, size and shape.
